Other artifacts cannot be untapped as long as Magnetized Mountain is untapped.
When Magnetized Mountain enters the battlefield, tap all other artifacts. Other artifacts enter the battlefield tapped.
Shoot, there goes the compass. I think the compass is the last thing we need to worry about.
