Manifestation of Catastrophe

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player votes for time or annihilation. If that player votes for time, each of that player's opponents puts a 1/1 white Spirit creature token onto the battlefield.
Once each player has voted for annihilation, sacrifice Manifestation of Catastrophe. If you do, destroy all nonland permanents.
