At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature that player controls.
Whenever a creature with an -1/-1 counter on it an opponent control dies, they may pay 5 life, if they don't, put that creature onto the battlefield under your control except it's black in addition to its other colors.
