If an opponent would draw a card other than the first they draw in each of their draw steps, instead you look at the top card of their library. You may put that card on the bottom of their library. Then that player draws a card.
If an opponent would search a library, that player searches the top six cards of that library instead.
He is the last of his kind, and you will witness the last of your days.
