Master Necromancy

Whenever Master Necromancy enters the battlefield, exile all creature cards from all graveyards.
If a creature would enter the graveyard from anywhere, exile it.
Once each turn, you may cast a creature card from exile and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast that spell.
