Matter Fabricator

When Matter Fabricator enters the battlefield choose up to three creatures you control.
Reconstitute {3}{w/u}{u}- Put target chosen creature on the bottom of your library then reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a permanent with converted mana cost equal to or less than the that card, put it on to the battlefield. Put all other cards revealed this way on the bottom of your library in any order.
