Maya's Curse

Enchant a creature an opponent controls. The enchanted creature looses all abilities and can't attack or block.
During the enchanted creature's controller's upkeep, that player discards the top two cards of their library and taps a creature they control. That creature doesn't untap during it's controller's next untap step.
