You may cast Melvin by paying {c} and exiling five permanents you control. Each of those permanents must be a different color. If you do, when Melvin enters, it becomes all colors and enters with five +1/+1 counters on it.
Colorless spells you cast cost {1} less to cast for each of the five colors represented among permanents you control, counting each permanent you control only once.
