Whenever you cast an Instant or Sorcery spell, you may place a 3/3 colorless Golem artifact creature token onto the battlefield. If you do not, that spell gains Rebound.
Creature spells you cast {2} more to cast. Wizard creatures cost {1} more to cast instead.
