When Mephisto, Lord of Hatred deals
combat damage, you can put a -1/-1 counter
on each creature that opponent controls.
-1/-1 counters remain on creatures as they
move to any zone other than a player's hand
or library. If a creature with a -1/-1 counter
on it would die, it is exiled instead.
