Mercadian Masques

When Mercadian Masques enters the battlefield, each player turns all creatures
they control face down, then shuffles them.
{u}{b}: Turn two target face-down creatures
face up. Destroy target creature from among
them with the lowest mana value. Any
player may activate this ability.
