+1: Put a Magic counter on target creature you control with channel. (Channel triggers twice for that creature.)
-2: Put a +1/+1 counter on target permanent, then it becomes a creature in addition to its other types with power and toughness equal to its CMC.
-8: Exile your graveyard. You may cast any number of instants or sorceries exiled this way without paying their mana costs until end of turn.
