Put 5 ash counters on enchanted creature. At the begining of enchanted creatures controller upkeep, that player looses life equal to number of ash counters on enchanted creature, owner of this card gains that much life. At the begining of enchanted creatures controller upkeep remove an ash counter from enchanted creature. If there are no ash counters on enchanted creature destroy it and ignore indestructible. If this enchantment is removed from the creature destroy it and ignore indestructible.
