As long as you have 30 or less life, Mohg has flying, fear and lifelink.

Whenever Mohg deals combat damage to a player you may pay 3 life, if you do, you get an experience counter and scry 2. Then target opponent may have you draw X cards. If that player doesn't, you mill X cards and that player loses life equal to the total mana value of those cards.
X is the number of experience counter you have.
