Mourning the Fallen

Whenever a creature or planeswalker you control dies, put an anguish counter on Mourning the Fallen.
Remove X anguish counters from Mourning the Fallen and choose one: Put X +1/+1 counters on target creature or X loyalty counters on target planeswalker you control.
