Mysterious Circumstances

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player exiles a creature they control.
When Mysterious Circumstances leaves the battlefield, return each creature exiled with it to the battlefield under its owner's control.
The entire search party had vanished without a trace, only to return, unaged, a year later...
