+4: Give target creature with the word "syntax" in it's text 3 +1/+1 counters. Until end of turn, that creature also has shroud.
-5: Give target white or blue creature X counters, where X is equal to your devotion to white and blue.
-15: Take an extra turn after this one. If you are not at 20 life, all creatures you control gain Lifelink until your opponent's next end step.
