Nevra, Smoldering Rage

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Nevra, Smoldering Rage for each noncreature spell cast before it this turn.
Dominance — Whenever Nevra attacks, if it has the highest power among creatures on the battlefield, you may remove any number of +1/+1 counters from it. If you do, Nevra deals that much damage to each other creature and each player.
