-2: Deal 5 damage to target creature in the form of -1/-1 counters. If the creature dies, you gain control of it with 3 soul counters.
-13: Sacrifice up to 3 target creatures. Put them back on the battlefield with 5 soul counters. They gain 7 1/1 counters
