Nightmare Aggregate cannot block.
Nightmare Aggregate attacks each combat if able unless you put an insanity counter on it. Whenever Nightmare Aggregate dies, regenerate it then put two insanity counters on it. ( A player with ten or more insanity counters on permanents he or she controls loses the game.)
