Nimbee, the Warp Tinker

If a player would discard one or more cards, any nonland, noncreature cards are discarded into ex-
ile with a warp counter on each.
Whenever a nonland permanent phases in, its controller may return a card they own with a
warp counter on it from exile to their hand.
