Nora, the Mourning Queen

Whenever another nontoken creature you control with converted mana cost 3 or less dies, instead exile it and create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying and all abilities of the exiled creature.
Once a mighty queen, she now mourns in the corpse of her old kingdom surrounded by the spirits of those slaughtered in the raid.
