Norixius, Shield of Faith

When Norixius, Shield of Faith enters the battlefield put a Shield counter on up to two target creatures and/or planeswalkers.
If damage would be dealt to a creature or planeswalker with a Shield counter prevent all but 1 of that damage, then Norixius, Shield of faith takes an amount of damage equal to the amount prevented.
If a permanent with a shield counter on it is put into the graveyard destroy all other creatures and planeswalkers then flip Norixius, Shield of Faith.
