at the beginning of Cthulhu's upkeep each player
puts the top X cards of their library into their graveyard where X is the number of Horror
creatures on the battlefield.
Evict Evil - When Nyarlathotep leaves the battlefield each player may shuffle up to 5 cards
from their graveyard into their library.
