When Oath of Brainifyer enters the battlefield,
you may create a token thats a copy of target planeswalker you control, excpet it enters the battlefield with no loyalty counters on it.
You may activate the loyalty abilities of planeswalkers you control once each turn.
"So I gues I'm keeping watch now?"
