Oath of the Tremendous

When Oath of the Tremendous enters the battlefield, choose a token from outside the game
at random, put it onto the battlefield under your control.
Effects and abilities can target artifacts and enchantments. If an artifact or enchantment
would receive damage greater than or equal to it's converted mana cost, destroy it.
