Obstinacy

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player may put a +1/+1 counter on a creature they
control. That creature gains defender until end of
turn.

Prevent combat damage dealt to Obstinacy.

Whenever a creature an opponent controls blocks,
Obstinacy deals damage equal to its power to that
creature.
