Oculus of Duality

Whenever another non-Reflection permanent enters the battlefield under a player's control, each other player puts a token onto the battlefield that's a copy of that permanent, except it's a Reflection in addition to its other types.
When Oculus of Duality leaves the battlefield, exile all Reflections.
What it sees is what you get.
