Orciek, Dream Thief

When Orciek enters the battlefield each
opponent reveals cards from the top of
their library until they reveal X basic
lands. Then, that player puts the revealed
cards into his or her graveyard.
Whenever an opponent casts a spell, that
player puts the top 7 cards of his or her
library into his or her graveyard.
