Owashii, Relic Seeker

Rally—Whenever Owashii, Relic Seeker or another Ally enters the battlefield under
your control, you may return target non-creature artifact from your graveyard to the battlefield. If an Equipment is returned this way, you may attach it to an Ally creature
you control.
