Whenever Pascal, Conceited Expert deals combat damage to a player, you may look at that player's hand and have him or her reveal a nonland card from it. If you do, that player can't cast, attack with, block with, or activate abilities of cards or permanents that share a name with that card until the beginning your next upkeep.
