Pasika's Command

Choose two: *Draw a card. Pastika's Command deals damage equal to that card's converted mana cost to target creature or player at random. *Change the targets of target spell.
*Look at the top four cards of your library and put them back in any order. *Copy target instant or sorcery spell. Choose new targets for the copy.
