Before combat on target opponents turn, put a -1 -1 counter on target creature. If that creature does not attack this turn, exile it.
Creatures your opponents control with -1 -1 counters on them have haste.
Whenever Pennywise, Deadlight Keeper blocks a creature with a -1 -1 counter on it, it gains lifelink until end of turn.
