Pensive Thought

Spells in your hand have Suspend 2. Their
suspend cost is equal to their converted mana
cost, minus {2}. (Rather than cast those cards from
your hand, you may pay their suspend cost and exile
them with two time counters on them. At the
beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter.
When the last is removed, cast it without paying its
mana cost. If it's a creature, it has haste.)
You can't cast spells from your hand.
