When Plague of Hailfire enters the battlefield, choose an opponent.
{b}{g}{x}{t}: the opponent you chose may put a disease counter X of their creatures. If they don't, you get X 0/1 white slave tokens. Then, search your deck for a card called Plague of Boils.
All creatures with disease counters on them have base power and toughness 0/1. When this card leaves the battlefield, exile all creatures with disease counters on them.
