Plague Outbreak

(Start the game with this conspiracy face up in the command zone.)
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, flip two coins. For each flip you lose, put a -1/-1 counter on that creature.
Each creature with a -1/-1 counter on it deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters and to players in the form of poison counters.
