Flying, protection from sources with odd converted mana costs
Whenever a player casts a spell with an even converted mana cost, put that many +1/+1 counters on Plane Feller.
When Plane Feller dies, destroy X target permanents, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Plane Feller.
