Planet Glurg

When Planet Glurg enters the battlefield, choose odds or evens. When a creature with mana cost of the chosen type enters the battlefield any player may say the name of the card and then " came from Planet Glurg". If its controller says it first they may make a token copy of that creature. If an opponent of the controller says it first or if it is tied or if it was said for the non chosen type, tap the creature and you may untap Planet Glurg.
