Every player chooses peace or war. For each player who chooses peace, create two 1/3
Pibble tokens with defender. For each player
who chooses war, those players ignite two
target creatures they control. If each player chooses peace, double the amount of tokens created by this spell. If each player chooses
war, ignite and goad all creatures.
