Pound of Flesh

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, they may pay {p/r}. If they don't, exile the top card of your library. For as long as that card remain exiled, you may play that card.
At the beginning of your upkeep, Pound of Flesh deals 1 damage to you for each card exiled with it.
