Power Of The Dark Side

At the beginning of each players upkeep
You may put a dark force counter on each
creature your opponents control. for each
force counter those creatures get -1/-1
until end of turn. When creatures with
force counters on them die instead bring
to the battlefield under your control For
each -1/-1 counter this way you get that
many +1/+1 counters on that creature.
