Power Up

As an additional cost to cast Power Up, shout for as loud as you can for as long as you can without pausing.
Target creature you control gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the number of seconds you were able to shout. If X is more than 30, nice!
And this is to go even further beyond!
