Pox Outbreak

Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, flip two coins. For each flip you lose, put a -1/-1 counter on that creature.
Each creature with a -1/-1 counter on it has infect. (A creature with infect deals damage to creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters and to players in the form of poison counters.)
