Creature spells you cast have sunburst.
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under your control, scry X, where X is number of colors of mana spent to cast that creature.
(Creatures with sunburst enter the battlefield with an additional number of +1/+1 counters equal to the number of colors of mana spent to cast those creatures.)
