Project Konec

When Project Konec enters the battlefield, destroy target creature. Project Konec gains +1/+1 counters equal to that creatures power, then you draw a number of cards equal to that creatures thoughness divided by two, rounded down.
Project Konec has hexproof as long as it has at least five +1/+1 counters on it.
