When Protector with Eyes of Blue enters the
battlefield, you may put a Tuner creature card
with mana value X or less from your hand
onto the battlefield, where {x} is half that
creatures converted mana cost.

{t}: Target one non-token creature you control,
sacrifice it. If you do, put one creature with
"Blue-Eyes" in its name from your hand onto
the battlefield tapped.
