Pyroclastic Oread

Whenever a Mountain enters the battlefield under your control, you may
exile the top card of your library face-down. Target opponent may have you put that
card into your hand. If that player doesn't, reveal that card. Pyroclastic Oread deals damage to that opponent equal to that
card's converted mana cost.
