Quest for the Time Being

Whenever a permanent you control untaps,
put a quest counter on Quest for the Time Being.
At the beginning of your first upkeep each turn, if Quest for the Time Being has 100 or more quest counters on it, you get eleven additional upkeep steps after this step.
