Gain the following benefits if you don't wear heavy armor:
. Advantage on strength check and strength saving throws.
. Resistance to all damage except psychic.
. Gain a +2 (9th lvl: +3, 16th lvl: +4) bonus to damage rolls.

You can't cast spells or concentrate while raging
Rage ends if you're knocked unconcious, if you haven't attacked a hostile creature, taken damage this turn or if you willingly end it as a bonus action on your turn.
