All other creatures have Devolve. (Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under this creature's owner's control, if its power or toughness is greater than this creature's, put a -1/-1 counter on this creature.)
If a +1/+1 counter would be placed on a creature, put a -1/-1 counter on it instead.
Whenever a creature dies, it's owner may exile two other cards from their graveyard. If they do, return that creature to the battlefield.
